NEW TO THE CHARITY TOOLKIT?

Learn the wheelchair loan journey in 6 simple steps.

You do not need to learn the whole system at once. Most volunteers only need Today’s Jobs and the four everyday tools.

⚠️ Charity toolkit is still in testing

Please explore the workflow, but do not rely on this version for permanent real charity case records yet. The live Hub is still using temporary server storage while the permanent PostgreSQL connection is being completed. Owner guidance, wheelchair information and the demo workflow can still be tested normally.

Start simple

For normal day-to-day use, open Today’s Jobs. It shows what needs attention. Use the other tools only when you are starting a loan, checking a fit, updating a chair or processing a return.

That is all most volunteers need

The Toolkit also has privacy, export, system-check and safety-test tools, but those are for the person managing the system rather than everyday volunteers.

Manager & technical tools

Use these only when your charity needs to manage data, export records or check the system.
